Description: “A parent is a teacher at home and a teacher is a parent in school and the child is the centre of our universe.” With a view to promote the holistic development of child, an orientation program was organized for the parents of classes Playschool, LKG & UKG in the month of April. The program commenced by invoking God’s blessings. Our Headmistress Respected Sister Martha welcomed the parents and gave a brief introduction about the establishment of the institute and the vision, mission and core values of our school. After that teachers explained to the parents some important points regarding academic rules and regulations and co-curricular activities. The parents were made aware of the key features of the Franciscan e-Care App by Ashish Kumar Yadav Sir. A short video for improving the parenting skills was also played for the parents. Suggestions & feedback of the parents were also noted down and their queries were answered by the Headmistress. The orientation program was successful in providing a platform for interaction between parents and school community and strengthening parent-school relationship for overall growth and development of students.
