Description: On 1st July 2025 we were privileged to have Dr. Roopa Shanker, an experienced Early Childhood Educator and Counselor, as the resource person for our Teachers’ Orientation Program. With over three decades of dedicated work in the field of child development, Dr. Shanker brought valuable insights into teaching methodologies, classroom management and the emotional well-being of young learners. Her interactive session empowered teachers with practical strategies and a deeper understanding of their vital role in shaping young minds. The program was both enriching and inspiring setting a positive tone for the new academic year. The session was attended by the teachers of SMC 21, Classes 1 & 2, Darshana Special School and Asha Deep School. We express our heartfelt gratitude to the management and our Headmistress Sr. Martha for organizing such a meaningful and impactful program.
