ONLINE APPLICATION FORMS OPEN FOR L.K.G - 2025-2026

The Application forms for LKG will be available on our school Website only on 22nd  November, 2024 at 09:00 A.M. to 05:00 P.M.

       Age: LKG - Child Born on or between 01/April/2020 to 31/March/2021

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE HARD COPY OF THE APPLICATION FORM AT THE TIME OF INTERVIEW

1. In case when the photos are not getting uploaded/not showing after uploading it then only you can paste the child’s photograph taken recently (Passport size) on the space provided in the application form.
2. An attested photocopy of the birth certificate of the child from the municipality.                                                       Attestation by Govt. Notary/Gazetted Officer/ C.A.
3. Baptism Certificate in the case of Christian children.

Kindly Note –

1. The Application Form, duly filled in and signed by the parent  only, should be submitted at the school counter at the time of interview.                                                                                                                                                  *  Please attach the Birth Certificate & Aadhar Card of the parents along                                                              with the registration form.                                                                                                                                                *  Please sign on the disclaimer form.                                                                                                                    *  Bring the original certificate along with you, at the time of interview.
2. Incomplete registration forms and forms providing incorrect information will automatically stand rejected.                                                                                                                                                                                     * Change in the given date of birth will not be permitted.                                                                                       * No affidavit will be accepted at the time of submission of the application form. 
3. Note - It is a must for both the parents and the ward to be present on Interview day.
4. Any disorder conduct near the gate/counter will not be tolerated. Vigilance and monitoring shall be done by CCTV.
5. The school management reserves all rights of admission or rejection and is not bound to give any reasons for admission or rejection of any particular candidate.
6. Recommendations will not be considered and donations will not be accepted.

Note: Parents who attempt to fill the form MORE THAN ONCE will not be eligible for admission and the name of the candidate will be automatically deleted from the list.
