automatically deleted from the list.

2. Application fees Rs. 1000/- to be submitted only online and the same will not be refunded under any circumstances.
3. Incomplete Application Form and form providing incorrect information will automatically stand rejected.
4. The Date of Birth should be filled according to the original Birth Certificate.
5. No affidavit will be accepted at the time of submission of the application form, if the date of birth is incorrect.
6. Please sign the disclaimer, before submitting the application form on the day of submission.
7. Application received after the specified date and time will not be entertained.
